Tiffany is a historian, guide and tour planner who grew up in North Carolina and Indiana. She first fell in love with Rome while studying abroad and this September marks her 20th year in the Eternal City! She is a Lilly Scholar who attended Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame and studied Humanistic Studies: a historical analysis of Western Culture, focusing on literature, philosophy, theology, politics and art. She loves making history come alive through her storytelling and curating the perfect travel itinerary for her fellow Americans.
Meet Dario, Italian born and bred with Calabrian (Southern Italian) roots. Having served as a guide in Rome for over 10 years, he has shown countless visitors his beloved city, including prominent travel guru, Rick Steves! Dario also works as a professional Italian voice actor and DJ. His excellent English and his love for all things Rome makes him the perfect travel companion. Whether he’s explaining the history of the Circus Maximus, pairing the perfect wine with your cheese or cruising Rome’s alleyways on a golf cart, it’s always a good time with Dario.
Introducing Nina, the vibrant 6-year-old who's favorite pastime in Rome is tossing coins into the Trevi Fountain. As a self-certified gelato expert, she knows all the best flavors to try. She loves traveling, especially to the United States for its' amazing “libraries and doughnuts”.
At 2-years-old, Lola is the littlest member of the De Luca clan, but has the biggest personality. Lola adores playing in Rome’s parks with her big sister, swimming in the Calabrian sea, and enjoying her favorite pasta…spaghetti alla carbonara.
